The staff was amicable, as well as host. The room was tastefully decorated and good-sized with comfortable beds included. I appreciated that there were an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a fireplace.

Nice accommodation with stunning setting not far from the Alberni Valley and Pacific Rim National Park and Ucluelet and Port Alberni with a beautiful view of the bay. Savoury breakfast — plenty of meals. Thoughtful and amicable staff at all times.

The breakfast is tasty with homemade cereals and the location is perfect. The units were beautifully decorated and big for private bathroom.

The room was spacious and the location was quiet. Location: the hotel was close to the Harbour Quay as well as the ferry. Btw, it was relatively near Canal Beach.

Our accommodation was set in a residential location not far from Port Alberni for a family function and the Alberni Valley and Pacific Rim National Park. Also, this hotel was situated 1 mile from tourist destination like Mv Frances Barkley.

The hotel had a residential position just off local sights and the Alberni Valley and Pacific Rim National Park and Port Alberni for half of the day. The staff, everyone, was thoughtful and professional. The breakfast had lots of food, like granola and yogurt.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

All in all, it was handy base for travelling to Port Alberni. The room was tastefully decorated and included iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a dining area. Had great bed with the sea view. The best thing was how competent the staff were. The location of the hotel was quiet and strategic - a 10-15 minute walking distance from an interactive aquarium. We enjoyed being here.

The breakfast had lots of options and included granola and yogurt. The location was residential, absolutely perfect to the ferry. Ate at Starboard Grill, it's not too far away from the venue.

Most of the staffs were thoughtful. It was great-sized, spotless and with a view. The food was great and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu.

we only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was amazing. the breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was tasty.

Comfortable rooms and modern bathroom. Fantastic hosts with great recommendations. Delicious homemade breakfast and extra dinner included. Enjoyable interaction with fellow traveler from France. Amazing lake view location.

It was based in nice building in a marvellous and beautiful location, to pier. Moreover, it's just off Vancouver Island, Port Alberni and sightseeing.
